CampusPress support:

  • Permissions

Site administrator support is offered via the “Need Help?” tab in the bottom-right corner of the CampusPress Sites Dashboard. Through this tool, site admins can access documentation, email CampusPress support, and track open/closed tickets. If for some reason, you cannot log in to your site or do not see the “Need Help?” option, you may submit a Support Ticket to CampusPress.

Roles and Responsibilities

User Responsibilities: 

Broward College content administration is fully distributed to site administrators/owners across the college. Each admin/owner assumes the responsibility of creating, curating, and validating all content assets prior to submitting a Help Desk request. Admins/owners are responsible for ensuring content assets are accurate, accessible, on brand, and meet any other legal or accreditation regulations.

Agent Responsibilities:

Web Services, part of the Information Technology Division, supports content admins/owners with technical aspects of managing a website, ensuring sites are available and accessible.
