Zoom is our new academic video conferencing solution that will be used within the Learning Management system for synchronous remote classes. This video conferencing platform can also be used by employees for meetings where Microsoft Teams is not the right solution.

In addition, Zoom offers direct support for users, so if you are having a problem with your home technology and need assistance you can chat directly with Zoom. The chat function is available in the help section of the Zoom client.
