Please use this form to request a manual Detect Job, if:

• If new hire not provisioned more than 24 hours after all WD onboarding completed.
• If re-hire not provisioned more than 24 hours after all WD onboarding completed.
• If profile changes have not updated more than 72 hours after process completed.

  • Phone number update
  • Location update (Campus/Building/Room)
