Account information missing or incorrect (Outlook and Workday)

The contact and location information that is in Workday updates the information in Outlook. If your contact information is correct in Workday and is not correct in Outlook please submit a ticket. if you just updated the information in Workday it will take approximately 72 hours to update in Outlook.

If your phone number needs to be updated in Workday. Log into Workday and click on personal information.Click on contact information and then click on the edit button at the top left. Scroll down to Business Location and update your Primary Phone number and click submit.

If your location is incorrect your Manager will need to update your location information.
