Information Technology Web Services support for the Broward College Public Website (www.broward.edu) includes:

  • Quality assurance (i.e. broken links, accessibility)

  • Permissions and Training (Cascade CMS)
  • Internal Site Search (offered by third party cloud product, Cludo)
  • Site analytics and tracking (offered by Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager)

Training

Follow these steps to ensure appropriate access/permissions:

  1. Work with the appropriate site content administrator to obtain access and permissions approval.
  2. Submit a Web Services Help Desk request with the page/site you need to access along with content admin approval.
  3. Complete CMS Editor training in Workday MyLearning (we will provide link).
  4. Complete one-on-one training session.

General Web Services Support

Support for general web services inquiries should be submitted through a help desk ticket. Our web services team will be notified, engage you directly, and track the progress of resolving your inquiry.
