Training
Follow these steps to ensure appropriate access/permissions:
- Work with the appropriate site content administrator to obtain access and permissions approval.
- Submit a Web Services Help Desk request with the page/site you need to access along with content admin approval.
- Complete CMS Editor training in Workday MyLearning (we will provide link).
- Complete one-on-one training session.
General Web Services Support
Support for general web services inquiries should be submitted through a help desk ticket. Our web services team will be notified, engage you directly, and track the progress of resolving your inquiry.
