For live Zoom transcription, as the host of a Zoom meeting click on Live Transcription. 
Click on Enable Auto-Transcription
Transcription will display at the bottom of the screen. You also have an option to display it in full.
Full display captures who said what along with time stamp. You also have an option to save the transcription.
Select Show in Folder
The file is saved in a txt format; it can then be copied to OneDrive or a shared folder.
