Procedures for installing the Zoom Outlook Plugin and Desktop application. Both applications are available in the BC App store withing programs on your PC.
Zoom Outlook plugin
Enter zoom in the search bar.
Double click Zoom Outlook Plugin icon
If Outlook is open, please close it and reopen; go to schedule a new meeting and the Zoom plugin will appear on the top tool bar.
Zoom Outlook Application
Double click Zoom icon
Click Install
A message Downloading and installing software message will appear on the lower right corner of your screen.
It will only take a few minutes to install; once completed you will see a message Installation complete.
If
Zoom application will appear at the bottom of install application list on your PC. Click on Zoom.
