How to Request a License

Students

  1. Students must inform their professor that they need an Adobe Creative Cloud license
  2. Professor generates an excel formatted list of students who require a license and submits a ticket for their respective classes. This list must include the student's first name, last name, semester for the class, and email address.
  3. The Help Desk will review the ticket, and licensing will be provided only if licenses are available for the request. We currently have a limited set of licenses and will adjust accordingly based on the demand of valid requests.
