1. Open the BC App Store from the Start menu.

2. Search for “Creative Cloud Desktop”

3. Install the “Creative Cloud Desktop Application” if it is not already installed.
4. Once the application is installed it will look as shown here:

5. Open the Start Menu and look for “Adobe Creative Cloud”

6. Launch the “Adobe Creative Cloud” app and click on the “Apps” tab at the very top, then the “All Apps”

7. Click on the 3 dots next to Adobe Acrobat (circled in image above), and then click on "Uninstall"

8. Once Adobe Acrobat is uninstalled, please reinstall the application.
9. Relaunch Adobe Acrobat and it should now be licensed correctly.
