Passwords
When you first get your ID your password is set to a temporary password. This password lets you in the first time, but must immediately be changed to a new private password that meets certain security conditions set by the college and audited by the state.
Your password is your key to the data you need to perform your job, but you are also responsible for safeguarding it against misuse. Under no circumstances should it be shared with anyone -- even your supervisor or an IT employee.
