To search for emails that are no longer available on your PC or laptop computer.
Log into webmail from One Access ; Select Office 365
Select Outlook
Click right side of search bar
Click down arrow

Click calendar icon near the “Date from” field to enter date
Click arrows up or down for date
Click on date
Click on date near the “to” field
Select date
Enter the name in the “From” field and select the desired email address from a drop-down list and then select the Search feature.
Note: you can search by subject or key words as well.
Emails from the defined criteria should display.
