How to send mail from a second account in Outlook

It is possible to send mail as a second account in Outlook, without switching mailboxes. Here's how:

 

For Outlook Web:

1. When generating a new email message, at the top-right select this icon 

 

2. Select Show From.

 

3. Click From.

 

4. Type the address of the second account you would like to send from.

 
 

 

For Outlook Desktop:

1. When generating an new email, select Option tab.

 

2. In the top right click the down arrow.

 

3. Select the From icon.

 

4. In the From field, you can click From.

 

5. Select "Other Email Address.."

 

6. Type the address of the second account you would like to send from, and select Ok.
