How to recover recently deleted items in Outlook

To recover items that were deleted recently inside of Outlook:
1. Sign-in to Outlook via desktop application or BC OneAccess.
2. Once signed in, click
Deleted Items
on the left-hand side.
3. At the top click either "
Recover items recently removed from this folder
" if accessing Outlook via desktop application, or "
Recover items deleted from this folder
" if accessing Outlook from BC OneAccess.
4. Select the items you would like to recover.
5. Restore deleted items
On Outlook Web, click
Restore
at the top left.
On Outlook Desktop, make sure
Restore Selected Items
at the bottom left is selected and press
OK
.
