In order to view disk space used in Outlook:
For Outlook Desktop:
1. Click on “
File
” at the top of the window, at the far left.
2. Under “
Info
”, you'll see "
Mailbox Settings
". Here you can view disk space within Outlook.
For Outlook WEB:
1. Click the
Settings
gear icon at the top-right.
2. Click "
View all Outlook settings
" at the bottom.
3. Go to "
General
", then click "
Storage
".
4. View storage space in Outlook.
Some quick ways to recover space:
- Empty deleted items.
- Delete sent messages with large attachments.
- Use cleanup tools to archive old messages.
