How to determine Disk Space used in Outlook

In order to view disk space used in Outlook:

For Outlook Desktop:

1. Click on “File” at the top of the window, at the far left.

2. Under “Info”, you'll see "Mailbox Settings". Here you can view disk space within Outlook.

For Outlook WEB:

1. Click the Settings gear icon at the top-right.

2. Click "View all Outlook settings" at the bottom.

3. Go to "General", then click "Storage".

4. View storage space in Outlook.

Some quick ways to recover space:

- Empty deleted items.

- Delete sent messages with large attachments.

- Use cleanup tools to archive old messages.
