What is the Caution Banner?
Effective Thursday, May 23, 2019 Broward College will provide visual cues for all emails originating outside of the organization.
The
caution banner
provides a visual caution when an email was sent from someone
outside
of the Broward College email system.
Its purpose is to remind us
NOT
to click on any links or open any attachments unless we are expecting the information and recognize the sender.
The banner will look like this…
"
Caution
:
This email originated from outside of
Broward
College. DO NOT click links or open attachments unless you are expecting the information and recognize the sender.
"
