If you do not know your BC password, you can reset your password using Microsoft Authenticator by following these steps:
Step 1. Go to the BC One Access Login Page.

Step 2. Type in your BC Username or BC Email address, Click Continue.

Step 3. Click on link labeled "Can't access your account?"

Step 4. Select the option for Work or school account

Step 5. Enter your full BC Email address, and enter the security characters that are shown on the screen.

Step 6. Click on Send Notification to get a notification sent to your authenticator app on your mobile device. Follow the prompts to reset your password.
