Step 1. Go to the BC One Access Login Page.
Step 2. Click on "Reset Your Password"
Step 3. Copy the reset link provided and paste it into a new tab or a new browser window
Step 4. Enter your full Broward College email address and the security characters (they are case sensitive) that are shown on the screen, and click on "Next".
Step 5. Click on Send Notification to get a notification sent to your authenticator app on your mobile device. Follow the prompts to reset your password.
