Faculty, Administrators and Staff, please use this service to request remote access. This is the only service you should be using to request any type of remote access such as: Personal RDP, VPN, etc.

CID Access Request for Employees. This form should be used by all departments, including Admissions and Registration.

Assistance with your Student email

A "U" drive is known as a community drive. Based upon your various "memberships" in the college community you will be assigned access to appropriate community drives. Your supervisor will know the name of the drive and should submit a helpdesk ticket to have the drive assigned to you. The U: drive is not assigned automatically and access requires a request by your supervisor or the owner of the drive.

This service is used to request the following: Seahawk Student Security for Admissions, Curriculum and Student Recruiting, Access to Financials, Talent and Culture (Limited Access).

To report an issue with BC Navigate

Request for hardware installation and service for keyboards, mice, monitors, speakers, microphones, laptops, etc. All hardware requests that are currently not impacting work or the device.

Request items while working remotely such as: I need an extra monitor, I need a mouse/keyboard, I need a scanner, etc. If IT has this available we will provide it to the remote user.

Request IT Audio/Visual, Technical Support, Event Services, Computer Services for Events.
