I know my password - How can I change it?

There are two ways that you can change your password if you know your password.

Option 1. If you are on a Broward College Campus and on a Broward College computer hold down the "ctrl-alt-del" all at the same time and then select change password.

Step 1: Type in your old password

Step 2: Type in your new password

Step 3: Confirm your new password by typing in the new password again

Step 4: Click on the arrow - Your password is now updated to the new password.

Option 2. Login to Broward College One Access on or off-campus.

Step 1: Once you successfully logged into BC One Access, click on your name on the top right-hand corner and select Profile.

        Select Change Password.

Step 2: Type in your current password, then enter your new password password.  Click Update Password.

You will receive a message password successfully changed.

To return to your Broward College resources (BC Email, CID, Office365, BC Connect, D2L, and etc)

Click on your name at the top right-hand corner and select App Portal/Home.

App Portal/Home will take you to the Broward College One Access home screen with your application tiles.

I forgot my BC Password – How do I reset it?

If you do not know your BC password, but know the answer to your security questions or use the Protect App in BC One Access you can reset your own password.

Step 1. Go to the BC One Access Login Page.

Step 2. Click on FORGOT PASSWORD

Step 3. Type in your BC Username or BC Email address Click Continue.

Step 4. You will be prompted for your Security Questions or Protect app depending on your default MFA Method. Type in the answers to your security questions or accept the Protect notification on your device.

Step 5. Type in a New Password Click Submit

* You cannot use the same password within 12 months.

Step 6. Once your new password has been submitted, you will be directed to the BC One Access login page, use your username or email address and your new password to login. You will be logged into your Broward College One Access home screen with access to your BC Applications.
