INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING THE
BC NAVIGATE OFFICE 365 CALENDAR SYNC PROCESS
If you currently use the CALENDAR function in BC Navigate, please complete this process no later than Thursday, November 28, 2019. This process should take under 10 minutes to complete.
When you log in to BC Navigate you will see this message below if you have not yet completed the Office 365 Calendar Sync process.
INSTRUCTIONS:
STEP 1: CLICK on the CALENDAR Widget located on the banner on the left-hand side of your screen:
STEP 2: You will receive a yellow alert banner at the top stating, “Your calendar requires
Reauthorization”. CLICK the blue “Authorize” button on the right – this will initiate the reauthorization process.
STEP 3: The next screen will ask you to SELECT your BC Account (or to login to BC One Access if you are not currently logged in).
STEP 4: When you see this screen, CLICK “Accept” to begin the syncing process.
STEP 5: Office 365 Calendar Sync is successful when you see this screen and the yellow banner below
stating, “Office 365 connection successful” and the Last Sync date is current:
