DVD will not play on PC (Faculty)

You receive the following message:

Play your DVD with VCL Media Player:

1. Click the start circle at the lower left corner of the computer desktop

2. Click ‘Computer’

3. Right click the DVD

4. Click "Play with VLC media player"
