How to Set Up Your Account on Toshiba Printer

The first time that you use the Toshiba printer, you will need to register your employee badge from any Toshiba Printer in the college. Please follows the steps below to set up your account:

  1. Scan your employee badge on the printer as shown below.

     
  2. You will notice the message “Unknown card” on the printer panel.

     
  3. Using the keyboard on the printer, enter your Broward College network Username and Password.
     
     
  4. The next time you wont have to enter your network account, only swipe your employee badge at any Toshiba printer in the college.
