Q: Can I lock a meeting once the meeting has started?
A: Yes, you can lock a meeting so participants can’t join, even if they have an invite / meeting number. You can access this setting by clicking the More button under the participant list.

Q: How many participants can join a Zoom meeting?
A: For regular Zoom meetings, the limit is 300 participants for employee scheduled meetings. Students are limited to 100 participants with a 40 minute maximum.

Q: When scheduling a Zoom meeting, time slots appear to be in 15 minute intervals, can I schedule a meeting to start 20 minutes after the hour? 
A: Yes, click in the minute field and enter 20. 

Q: Can Zoom play a sound everytime a participant enters or leaves a meeting? 
A: Yes, in meeting settings you can enable "Play sound when someone joins or leaves" by expanding the Participant window once a meeting starts and on the bottom, click the more button or the three ..., the option to enable should appear. On the web version you can click on settings, scroll down to "Sound notification when someone joins or leaves" and then enable, this setting will apply to all meetings you schedule. 

Q: Are all participants in a Zoom meeting directed to a waiting room?
