The purpose of this job aid is to assist employees in creating a requisition to request memberships or sponsorships through the Create Requisitions task in Workday.
All of the unrestricted funds that were budgeted for memberships or sponsorships, have been pulled from those budgets and consolidated into the new Cost Center/Fund Worktags combinations.
Four Senior Level Approvers will be re-viewing the requests for memberships and sponsorships, therefore end users should discuss and assess the need for the membership or sponsorship with their administrative line before submitting requests.
