To Forward NEC Phone Extensions

To forward all calls to your cell phone:
For cell numbers in the 954 area code: Lift your handset and press *2 + 9 + 954 + cell phone number. To cancel, lift handset and press #2.
For cell numbers outside of the 954 area code: Lift your handset and press *2 + 9 + 1 + area code + cell phone number. To cancel, lift handset and press #2.
To forward all calls to voicemail:
Lift your handset and press *2 + 1130. To cancel, lift handset and press #2.
To Retrieve messages from BC Voicemail and update Greeting

To access voicemail from your extension:
Dial 1130. When the system answers, enter your security code to listen to messages. Follow system prompts to exit mailbox.
To access voicemail from another extension:
Dial 1130. When the system answers, press # and enter the mailbox number and security code to listen to messages. Follow system prompts to exit mailbox.
To access voicemail outside of Broward College:
Dial 954-201-1130. When the system answers, press *# and enter the mailbox number and security code to listem to messages. Follow system prompts to exit mailbox.
To change your personal greeting:
Press 3 + 1 + 3 + Press 2 to record standard greeting or Press 3 to record out of office greeting. Follow system prompts to exit mailbox.
To change your security code:
Dial 1130 and enter your security code. Press 3 + 1 + 4 to change your security code. Follow system prompts to exit mailbox.
To change/add your name announcement:
Dial 1130 and enter your security code. Press 3 + 1 + 5 to record name only. Follow system prompts to exit mailbox.
