Update the Faculty/Employee Directory Page

 

Click on the link:    https://www.broward.edu/zext/ext/LdapLogin.jsp

1.        Then type in your user id and password. Don’t enter anything in template user id field.

2.        Click Submit.

 

3.        This is what should come up, after logging in: (If you get an error, please contact your supervisor to be sure that you have been correctly provisioned as a faculty member)

4.        Options available to EDIT:

Faculty Information

a.  Personal Home Page – link at top

b.   Biography Information – Type what you want shown in the box

c.    Teaching Philosophy – Type what you want shown in the box

d.    Photo Link – You can choose to show or opt to not show your system ID image.

Contact Information

e.    Email – Allows you to change what email is displayed on your Faculty Page (displayed publically)

Internet and Research Links

This is for blogs, links to web pages etc; Title goes in the caption field and the Internet link in the Link field

 

5.        All other options are set by the system and are NOT able to be altered.

a.       Campus

b.      Department

c.       Title

d.      Faculty Name

e.      Teaching Credentials

6.        After adding any desired links and content, click Preview: 

7.        If it looks good then click Submit. If you want to change something click Back, then repeat steps.
