How do I update my personal contact information (including alternate email)?

You can update your contact information in MyBC by following the instructions below: 

Step 1. Login to BC One Access. Click on the myBC tile. 

Step 2. Bring cursor to the 'Personal' tab and select 'Change Address & Phone Number'.

• NOTE: This option allows the student to update your personal email, mailing address, phone numbers, and emergency contacts.

 Step 3. Review and update as necessary.

 Step 4. Once you have made your changes, scroll down to the bottom of the page, click 'Update'
