How do I update my Student Verification Security Question (This is not your BC One Access Security Questions)?

Log into BC One Access, click on the myBC tile, click on the Personal/Change Security Q&A tab. Select your new Question and type in your answer, click Update.

 

Select your new Question and type in your answer, click Update.

Your security question has been updated successfully.
