How do I find out what my username and e-mail address is?

If you do not know your Username or Email go to our Find My Username and Email page. You will need your first name, last name, your date of birth or your student ID.

How do I access my BC E-mail Account?

When you are on the BC web site, you can access your e-mail as follows:

      From the home page:

  1.  Click on Login
  2.  Enter your username – ex. username@mail.broward.edu
  3.  Enter Password
  4. Select the Outlook Email Tile

  


Success!!! You are now logged in to your BC Resources.

 

What is the mailbox size limit?

The mailbox size limit is 50 GB. 

Is there an attachment size limit?

The maximum message size is 35MB, which is the total of all message text plus all attachments.

Can I forward my Broward College e-mail to a personal e-mail address?

Yes, log into your Broward College email and click on “SettingsSettings”. At the top right-hand side under the search box type "Forwarding".

 

Click on “Enable Forwarding” type in the email address that you wish to forward your emails to, and then click “Save

To turn off automatic forwarding in Outlook

log into your Broward College email and click on “SettingsSettings”. At the top right-hand side under the search box type "Forwarding".

Click on “Enable Forwarding” and remove the check mark.

What browser should I use?

The Broward College web applications are optimized for use on the Firefox and Google Chrome.

What will the college use my Broward College e-mail address for?

The college will use your email to send out important dates, Financial Aid information, Emergency Alerts and other Broward College announcements. Your BC instructors use email to communicate with their students.
