If your phone says "hang up" and the extension light is red as if you are on a call and there is no dial tone, this because the headset (HSET) has been turned on.
This is what the LCD should look like if the HSET is not on.
If the Headset is on you will see an asterisk beside HSET. To cancel the Hset push the button below the name.
