Step 1: Go to the Broward College home page (www.broward.edu). Click Login on the upper right-hand corner.
Log in with your BC Email or Username and enter your BC password.
Step 2: Search for “MyWork”
Step 3: Click on the MyWork Tile
Step 4: Under Faculty Tools, click the My Class Rosters link.
Step 5: Select the applicable term from the dropdown menu and then click Choose Term.
Step 6: Your Instructor Schedule will appear. Select the Open button under the Grade column to enter grades for each course.
Step 7: Enter student grades in the Grade column. After I, F, or W grades are selected, enter the LDA as mm/dd/yyyy. For students who participated in the course throughout its entirety and failed, make the LDA the last day of the term.
- F Earned: Student completed the course, but failed the course work.
- F Due to Inactivity: Student stopped attending or participating after the withdraw date, but before the end of the course.
- I: Student’s work is of passing quality and represents a significant portion of the requirements for a final grade, but is incomplete due to extenuating circumstances.
- W: Student stopped attending after the enrollment verification period and before the withdraw date.
Step 8: Once you have completed entering grades and LDA, scroll to the bottom and press Save Grades.
- Click OK next to Return to grading class xxxxxx.
