1. First, open Settings: (Found in the Tools Menu at the top right of your browser):

2. Select History at the top left, then click Clear Browsing Data:

3. Make sure that the top 5 options are check-marked, the rest are optional:
(We don’t recommend checking the bottom one.)

4. Press Clear Browsing Data at the bottom:

5. Close Chrome, then re-open and try again.
