Student Online Photo Submission tile in MyBC / BC OneAccess

Attention:

The Online Photo Submission tile (which allows the student to upload a photo for the Student ID card) is only available when the calendar date is between the start/end dates of the currently running term and is only available to students who have both enrolled and paid for the currently running term.

NOTE: If the college is in-between Terms, the tile will not display.

How to Upload Your ID Photo

1. Log in to One Access
    
2. Click the Online Photo Submission tile; if you do not see the tile click ‘company: everything’ or search for ‘Online Photo Submission’
   
    
3. When submitting your own photo, it must meet the following criteria:
   1. Recent photo
   2. Color photo
   3. Plain background (e.g. painted wall, poster board, or screen; no patterns, textures, or scenic backgrounds)
   4. Face straight ahead, no head tilts
   5. Center your face and shoulders within the frame
   6. No hats, sunglasses, glare on glasses, red-eye, shadows, blurry or debutante/glamour photos
   7. No other visible people or objects
   8. Not too dark, bright, close, or distant
