Q: How can I check the quality of my Zoom session?
A: Zoom provides LIVE statistics of everything that is going on during a meeting. Click on the little shield at the top when in a meeting, you can see everything that might be impacting your session from computer issues, to network/Internet issues for Audio, Video and even the content you might be sharing. This can help you determine if you have enough bandwidth or computer resources to maintain a quality connection.
If you are experiencing any issues with latency, frozen screen, poor quality video or audio or getting disconnected while using a home WiFi connection try bringing your computer or mobile device closer to the WiFi router or access point in your home. You can also try to disable High Definition.
