If you do not know your BC password and are using the Protect App as your default Multi-Factor Authentication FA).
Step 1. Go to the BC One Access Login Page.
Step 2. Click on FORGOT PASSWORD.
Step 3. Type in your BC Username or BC Email address, Click Continue.
Step 4. Once you select Continue, you will be sent a notification to your phone to Accept or Deny. Accept the notification
If you do not receive the notification select Resend push notification or Enter the code manually.
Once you have accepted the notification you will be required to create a new password.
You will then be required to sign in using the new password.
