Adding/Removing the Respondus LockDown Browser Setting from your Assessment
 

  1. In your D2L ourse, click on Assessments and select Quizzes & Tests from the dropdown menu.
  2. Locate the LockDown Browser option from the horizontal navigation bar.
  3. If you are accessing this area for the first time, you will be prompted to allow Respondus to access your information. Check the box and click Continue.
  4. You will now be directed to the course Assessment list of all of your quizzes and tests in the course.
  5. Identify a test or quiz for which you would like to add or remove the LockDown Browser requirement.
  6. Click on the contextual menu icon to the left and select Modify Settings

     
  7. Select the option to either enable* or disable the LockDown Browser for a given exam.
  8. Click on Save and Close to confirm your selection.

* If you are choosing to enable the tool, look for additional options by clicking on the Advanced Settings option.
