How to change my expired password outside the Broward College Network

If your password has expired, you will be prompted to create a new password

You will receive a” Your password has expired” prompt and will be required to create a complex password.

  1. Type Username or Email. Select Continue.

2. Type Password.  Select Continue

You will be prompted to change your expired password

3. Type in the current password
4. Create a new password.  Select Submit.

As you type the New Password and the requirements are met they will display green and checked.

First Name and Last Name cannot be used.

5. Once all requirements have been met. Select Submit

           

You will be required to enter your MFA Method (Protect App or security questions), then BC One Access will open to your BC Resources

If the Student’s password has not expired and they need to reset their password.

Step 1: Once you successfully logged into BC One Access, click on your name on the top right-hand corner and select Profile.

Step 2: Select Change Password.

Step 3: Type in your current password and then your new password. Select Update Password.

 

Important Note: If the user tries to reset their password more than once (without the force reset for Help desk) in a 24-hour period, they will receive this error

You will receive a message password successfully changed.

To return to your Broward College resources (D2L, BC Email (Outlook), myBC, and Office365)
Click on your name at the top right-hand corner and select App Portal/Home.


It will take you to the Broward College One Access home screen with your application tiles.
