To take assessments that require LockDown Browser on an Ipad do the following steps that were provided to us by Respondus support for this type of issue.
1) Use mobile Safari browser app or Chrome browser app to log in to your D2L Brightspace environment.
2) Navigate to your course, then the quiz in the course.
3) On the quiz summary page, click on the "Launch LockDown Browser" button. if the LockDown Browser for iPad app has already been installed, your institution will automatically be detected, and LockDown Browser should open.
Make sure your iPad is running ios 13. (latest version)
Settings -> Safari -> Request Desktop Website -> All websites
If problems persist, we recommend using a Windows PC or a Macbook computer not a Chromebook, if you don't have access to a Windows PC and/or a Mac Computer, and you are a currently enrolled student you can request to borrow a laptop from the college, please note that laptops are only being distributed on Fridays until inventory is exhausted.
